He is kind of a newish shooter, he might need to work on his gripm but hes not a dweeb wannabe.

If he doesn't know what he's doing with even the most basic of skills, then he's a wannabe who will show the 'non shooters" the wrong stuff and be a negative influence with terrible advice.
He flat out doesn't know what he's doing. I mean, come on man, how many times do you need to pull the trigger and feel your thumb on the slide before you make a correction?
At best its a mistake made over and over, and at worst it shows no training, skills or awareness of whats going on.
