    Just Making Sure..........

I'm just making sure that this upper would be legal on my RRA lower.

I'm new to this and am excited about this purchase I made on another forum. But noticing Armalite's name on the Roberti-Roos list and also RRA.
I also called Riflegear and was told I could,t put the RRA A4 upper on my lower cause it is on the list. Thanks in advance for letting me know.

The receiver is considered the firearm. Only firearms are on the AW lists. Uppers and everything else that attaches to the receiver are parts and are not controlled. But combinations of those parts are still controlled, as in you still need to be aware of evil features and AW laws.

Would binding my lower with an A4 upper from RRA make it illegal?

No sir is would not make it illegal. The only way it will be illegal is if you attach a upper with a barrel shorter than 16inches to your lower.
