    Saiga sporter bullet guide problems?

I recently installed the bullet guide in my 7.62x39 saiga so it can use AK mags but after about 100 rounds the bullet guide is coming loose. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a solution to this? Like possibly having a gun smith weld it in place?

If I take out the bullet guide, will the screw hole in the trunion affect feeding from the normal saiga mag?

A saiga is in sporter configuration because that's required by law. The Russians don't make them that way because it's fun. Starting a conversion and then stopping before you went full 922(r) compliant means your gun isn't legally a sporting gun anymore and is in illegal configuration... Just FYI

I installed to appropriate number of US made parts before installing the guide.

use thread locker on the screw then use a small punch to peen the screw in place on the guide
