    HSC vs FSC clarification

    Forgive me if this is the wrong forum. I have my HSC from before the FSC existed and it's still valid. I can still use that for handguns, but if I want a long gun I need the new FSC correct?

          Correct, for long guns you need an FSC (which is 95% the same test).

                  It was just an old plywood boat, with a '75 Johnson, with electric choke. A young boy, two hands on the wheel, I can't replace the way it made me feel.
