So i took my mom out shooting today and she got comfortable enough and enough self confidence about shooting and handling the gun. We went and bought her a Sig 229 .40. she picked it out herself with only a little persuasion.

I wish my mother was like yours. My mom could work for the brady camp. Everytime myself or my little five year old talk about shooting or any gun related stuff my mother always says (You shouldnt have guns, guns are dangerous) I just let the words go in one ear and out the other. -

Cool, I'm taking my mom shooting on Thursday. Were going to take her Colt MarkIV Government Model she bought back in the early 90's, she hasn't shot it in about 5 years.Comment

My moms sorta like that but just doesnt own any herself cuz she has man to pick from in my collection...lol she used to shoot .44 mags all the time. your moms awesome !The govt is like aids, it kills you slowly inside.
