Got my first guns painted.. feedback?

They look good! thx for sharing, I'm going to make one of my AR15s bronze and your post gave me some ideas, think I'll have it a darker bronze, half graphite, as suggested above.

Next time, go 50% graphite black and 50% burnt bronze mix. Makes for a darker "midnight bronze" that looks awesome. Can play with the ratios to darken it up or lighten it up a bit to your taste. I like 50/50 or 40/60 myself.

Personally, I think your rifles look great! Better than boring black

Originally I thought the color was gonna be different from the example on the rifles I've seen they previously worked out. It does seem a little darker than normal

They didn't even mention mixing anything too me. That should of been something I should of looked into

Nothing wrong with painting guns those look good but the forward assist has to go. Just, imo

I was thinking the same thing. I actually just took it off not long ago

I'm glad it's just not plain black like the rest of my rifles

Next color is going to be gold on my AR pistol

I prefer the tungsten but the bronze looks pretty good too. Nice guns!!

I had them done at different places to see the quality on them. The tungsten turned out much nicer than expected and the shop that did that for me was more attention to detail

But really, they look hot to me. Bronze is a little light but I kinda like that. Wouldn't kick either out of my safe.

I was thinking the same thing. Good thing I have plenty of more rifles to abuse while these stay in the safe

Looks great. I just had my 2nd rifle Cerakoted. I almost went with burnt bronze. Maybe if I get another build in time I can do the bronze. I like the idea of darkening it though.

I would of reversed the colors. Bronze for the 6.8 since it's usually used for hunting and tungsten for the 5.56. Looks good though.

Ah. We live in California. Not much for hunting lol

Blue Titanium with graphite black
