    Safe to sell 80% now?

I am wondering if I can sell 2 QD 80% lowers (AR15 and AR10) I have that i don't have the time to complete.

Is it FTF or do I have to put a serial on them and go do a PPT?

    Thanks to all replies!!

They are paperweights sell them, out the trunk of your car. Not a firearm or firearm part. How did you do dros when you bought them? Not.

It depends on what you mean by "complete".

As long as you have not done any of the mill work you can sell them FTF as paper weights. If you started the mill work, you would have to engrave to ATF specs and sell thru an FFL.
