Best LGS to ship handgun to my son.

I live near Anaheim Stadium and I told my son that lives in VA that I would send him my Glock 19. He gave me a name of a LGS near him that would accept the shipment. I need to know the best place near me to do the paperwork and have it shipped to his local FFL. Has anyone done this recently and which is the best place near me to do this transaction ?
