Don't rely on bear spray

This guy was attacked twice by the same Grizzly the same day. Bring 2 guns and have them at your side. Bear spray doesn't work.

I had a dog who got aggressive with the Gas Co meter reader once and he sprayed her. Didn't have any effect. I didn't know he sprayed her, I rescued him and she looked at me with the doggie smile wagging her tail and I pet her. I rubbed my face and scratched myself here and there. Next thing I knew I was on fire. Point is it might not work on all animals.

The "bear land" is a matter of perspective - it's as much "my land" as it's bear's.

We evolved brains so we can be more adaptable and can inhabit any part of the Earth. We also evolved brains so we can use tools that beat bear's evolved strength and brawn.

That guy is lucky... I think someone needs to create a bear spray module that attaches to a picatinny rail. That way I can spray the bear and shoot him at the same time with my SCAR 17.

I don't like bears...F' bear spray, I prefer a good blaster at my side...a M92 with 30 rounds of 7.62x39 would be my kinda pistol in bear country...if I can only have a pistol that is.

The Gov. tells you that bear spray is adequate....pfft.

He was armed. Pistol strapped across chest but while being attacked, the bear ripped off his pack back, the pistol was somehow secured to it by the front straps. It fell five feet away while the bear was on top of him. I lurked his Facebook and he's not novice to nature, he had pictures of a huge Elk he took with a scoped 10MM 1911.
