So out of the blue, my brother comes across this on EBay, and orders it. I was, and still am shocked at how cool this is. I plan on adding a few weapon specific tools, but it has just about everything I could ever need to work on my weapons. I could not have a better brother!

I was wondering the same thing when I first saw it.... Then I saw they were being surplused in lots of 4 to 6 on Govliquidation in Ohio.. I'm comfortable that this was legitimately purchased from Uncle Sam.
