Moral of the story is, if you're going to sell hundreds of HK handguns from your house, don't sell any unlicensed SBRs to pawn shops. And if you simply can't resist doing so, don't cheat on your taxes by failing to report $10 million in revenue.

Some guys think they are smarter than everyone else and don't have to obey easily-followed rules.

On another firearms forum I look at, which is not as rigorous as Calguns in supporting legal behavior exclusively, any time someone asks a question about the law, two or three dudes jump in and declare the law unconstitutional and insist you shouldn't even worry about it because how are they ever going to catch you?
