Just opened tin, leaded spam can

I have had this for a few years now, paid $85.00 for it. 7.62x54R copper washed steel cased. I was down to about 150 rounds of loose ammo and have been shooting my Mosins every time I go to the range. I still have 3 cans of the newer stuff in the steel cans and one of 7.62x25 for my CZ52's.
    Anyone bought spam cans lately?

I bought one a couple of years ago, 7.62x39 - I think it was 640 rounds for $180. I don't have any plans to open it.

Prices for cans these days have been nuts. I need to eventually get some more but not at the current going rates in the martketpace.

I did. Made exactly 10 Spam musubi from one can. Yumm!

No, I haven't bought any spam cans since 2012. Since 0bama banned 7n6, I've only been shooting Silver Bear 5.45. Did you enjoy that 1970s vintage commie air released as you opened the can?

Dude, I had the spicy spam last week with eggs, man was that good stuff, lol. I think the Russians use the same preservative in the ammo spam cans as the canned meat makers do, fresh as the day it was sealed.

I still have a number of the old spam cans in 7.62X54R and 7.62X39. I think they were under $75 when I bought them but I know they were under $90 as I would not pay more for corrosive ammo.
