Hi, is there someone in the Silicon Valley that does a good job on cerakoting rifles? I was thinking of cerakoting my AR-15. Thank you in advance for the advise and or suggestions.

Refinishing.
I've had two pistols done there, good work, two week turnaround.
Here's one six months and a bunch of matches/holsterings later, a Kimber converted to .40 S&W:

I am taking my Cerakote work to a place in Reno. They have a proven track record and are not working out of thier garage. Nothing wrong with that but the last garage guy I used is no longer around and so cannot honor his promise to correct a mistake.
I also keep hearing about cerakoters who take in far more work than they can handle and guns sitting around far longer than necessary. To me it is worth it to deal with a company that has been around and will be around.
If your interested I will pass along the info in PM.Fear is the spare change that will keep you broke

Don't know how long they've been there, but they do all sorts of coatings.Comment

Vouch for Exolutions, Mike is very professional and has an actual shop. My Sig came out flawless.

Thats awesome. I was endorsing the coater that did my stuff until he went silent (and I get it, side job out of the garage probably upset the beighbors or something) and he did very decent to good work. So it is back to actual businesses for me. There are actually two companies that do cerakoting in Reno/Carson area that several fellow shooters have used with success, so thats where I am going. I will keep RC and etc. in mind though.Vouch for Exolutions, Mike is very professional and has an actual shop. My Sig came out flawless.
