I've been using American Quality Ammunition (.223 Rem, 55 gr, soft point) from CTD in my CZ 527 Carbine and Ruger Mini 14 Ranch for some time now. I've never had a FTF, FTE, squib or any other issue. When I've used it, it's clean, reliable and accurate. FWIW, I've seen no difference in performance between this cartridge and it's counterpart from LAX Ammo. Both sources price it about the same when shipping and tax are figured in and neither have this ammo in stock for very long - it sells out quickly.
