                So should I refuse the shipment when it arrives and file a dispute with my CC company? Some people on Arfcom are advising that but I'm afraid that Rguns can claim that I have no proof that anything was wrong because I didn't even bother to open the package.

                                Ammo is not cheap. You should at least expect something that is not dangerous to shoot. I would call them and let them know it is on the way back.

                                Depending on how much you ordered, you could also weed through them. See if you got a bad batch. It may be OK after all.

                                        No, no not 1/3, that is way too many, if you have 200rds, it is easy to go through them. 1K, not so easy. if there are 5 or 6 bad ones in 200, just dispose of them. Then you are good to go. If there is more, send it all back.
