Anyone ordered from GT/Dennys lately?

I made a order for a BCM 16" middy upper through dennys knowing I will have to wait a while. Because it seems BCM's website doesnt want to alert me to any stock updates in time. I've emailed and phoned in the time suggested in there contact page in CST but havent had a response. I know they are busy but can anyone tell me how many times a month/year they get stuff in from BCM and how long are there backorders? Does Bravo company give there dealers priority over there website orders? Thanks.
