    50BMG UPPER legality question.

Have any of the new laws that were passed affect registering a AR15 lower as a 50BMG ? I've the post that yes I can own the upper but can't put on a non reg lower or non AW lower. Blah blah. How hard would it be to register a AR lower as a 50 ?
You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.

The law restricting .50 BMG did not change.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
