I may have a friend who may have a bumpfire systems stock that was sent here a year ago, and with CA laws is unsure what to do with it? It is for an ar and is just not need anymore. Would hate to lose money and destroy it.
It was sent here to CA by the company who made it, Bumpfire Systems. Any suggestions as to what the legality of selling it would be.

I'd say probably drive out of state and sell it.

not wanting to thread jack but I've seen these for sale in my area. If they are illegal how do they get away with selling them but we can't posses them? If I question legality I steer clear or I would have picked one up myself. Also seems like an ammo eating accessory that my budget can't handle.
