    Lost And Found

    Hello all,

I wasn't sure where to post this and a search wasn't productive so I put it here.

Apparently I forgot my green peltor comtac IIIs at Burro Shooting Park, Friday afternoon. We were the last people at the rifle range when we left. I have called the range over the weeken with no luck on someone turning them in. I figured I'd give it a shot that some one may have found them and be a member here and be kind enough to return them. Anyhow if some one found some it'd be nice to have them back.

    Thank you all in advance.

Good luck, hopefully it was a Calgunner that picked it up, if so you'd probably have a good chance. Otherwise I've seen some shady shooters at the range, once this random non-RO guy came looking at my stuff while I was putting targets up, ran back and yelled at him to get the hell away from my stuff.

Thanks ZLM. I know it's a long shot but since we were there so late the potential for getting them back seems possible. For the life of me I still can't think of how I missed them. I did two walk throughs of our table area and so did my partner. Expensive lesson.

Well, the good news is you did not leave a gun behind.

Sorry to hear that, hope you get lucky.

        Holy crud!
        I just looked them up.
        Double sorry.

Absolutely disgusting. Ive heard stories from burro, and there was the case of ammo theft from Angeles. People suck.

Well after a week and several calls to the range resulted in nothing. Thank you guys for the support. This should serve as a PSA. Mark your range gear. My next set will have my name and # permanently marked on them.
