So visiting a Gun Shop and speaking with the Store SalesMan and a Individual comes in and interupts our conversation.
With a quick question he asks how do i purchase a Firearm. The Salesman Very Professionalls Asks Do You Have a Firearm Safety Card Yet. The individual say No. The S.M. explains what the procedure is and how the complete process from the FSC to Completing a Firearm Purxhase.
As im watching on and Browsing the Individual asks me a question about Ammunition needed since the S.M. was tied up with another customer.
I explain Defense Ammunition compared to range ammunition.
He asked if there was Buck shot for a pistol. Me stumped i ask what is the buck shot for.. Thinking this guy lives in rural area and has a Varmit or Snake issue. I ask why ?
He response was Because I dont want to Kill anybody just Scare them.
I bit my tongue and thought before i spoke. I explained to him quick and short that if your drawing your weapon on a person its because your defending your life or one of another given the situation. I tell him to take a weapons class with a professiinal intructor and He looks stumped and begins to speak that Weapons arent the anwser and some people just need to be scared.
As I move away i tell him to tell ask the SM that question and see if they offer that type of round. I walked away and completed my purchase, as i left i thought maybe i should have answered that reply more instead of the SM, beacause I dont have any ties to the Gun Shop and the SM does.
