Meaning do they close when it's too rainy?
I went there one day in the middle of a miserable, windy rain storm - my friend and I were literally the only shooters at the range. No one else there at all. They let us shoot, we lasted about 1 hour.GOA Member & SAF Life Member -
I've been at chabot during a rainstorm. Downside, changing targets. Upside, you have the range to yourself. I've also been to richmond while it was raining. I guess as long as the range staff can get there both are open when it rains.sigpicOriginally posted by victor1echoHollywood is satan!!!!Comment

I heard rumor to the fact you can shoot MilSup in the rain. The excuse being it's not hot, dry, and the grass will catch on fire leaving the club liable. I heard the RM or one of the minions saying this at USI when I complained during the summer about the no MilSup rule. Was told only in the rain. Not sure if they just wanted to shut me up. -gIf ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin.

I love gun ranges in the rain
some people worry that if there precious gun gets wet it will rust up and fall apart before they can clean and oil it
There paranoia lets me shoot sometimes alone
