    Question about 30 days ?

I knew that when I buy one pistol today I have to wait 30 days before buy the next one.
1/ Does it also apply to bidding pistol on line (ie. gunbroker.com), so I can bid (and win) one pistol every month ?
2/ Does also apply to interstate direct family transfer , so my dad/son from other state can transfer one pistol to me per month ?
3/ And this 30 days does not apply to rifle ?

    Thanks You.

The 30 days applies to the DROS only. So you could buy two guns on gun broker 25 days a part and then considering shipping time etc. that might end up being 30 days DROS to DROS by the time it arrives at your FFL.

    the 30 days doesn't apply to a rifle....YET.
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

No 30 day restriction on the family transfer.

As stated you could buy 15 handguns in a month but it would take you 15 months to DROS them in California.

OP stated it was interstate so therefore it would have to go thru an FFL and if it was a handgun would be subject to the 1-30 policy.

Long guns are not affected. They tried to pass a bill that would of made those 1 in 30 as well. Sign the petitions at your local gun store if you haven't already.

Yes, INTERSTATE intrafamily transfer IS subject to the one in thirty rule for handguns.

And yes, it applies to any handgun transfer coming from out of state, from Gunbroker or whatever.

It does not apply to long guns.
