    80% lower

    So if I get an 80% lower, serialize it and blow the load during the completion is there a process for destruction of the lower? If you trash it, then they ask for it (for whatever reason) you ain't gonna have it. Not sure I can use the same serial on another lower since only one lower would have the serial...
    Legal to complete the lower prior to obtaining serial....
    I know it's early... Just food for thought.

    were does the line start?
    as i need to get ser #'s on all of my shovels and sheet metal and blocks of alu/steel.

      I'm sure you would serialize it AFTER completion. After all it is still considered a piece of metal at 80%

        Not to be pedantic but the DOJ will be. What is completion? Milled and drilled? When x% of the parts are installed? When the last pin is tapped in?
