Hello,
I wanted to contact customer service to express my experience I had with a salesman (did not get name) Sunday 8/21/16 at the Costa Mesa Crossroads of the West Gun Show. I went to the gun show looking for an AR upper and stopped by your table and liked at your product and decided I would stop by towards the end of the gun show which was scheduled to end at 4:00pm. I arrived back at your table at exactly 3:30pm and your salesman had completely picked up the table. I was interested in purchasing an upper and expressed it to him and he said he didn't feel like going the rough the boxes to find an upper for me. He said that he was selling the uppers at cost so since there was not any profit to be made he was not interested in selling to me. This alone is unacceptable! So I walked away but soon decided I was really interested so I went back immediately and offered to help move boxes and he agreed but he cursed the entire time WE moved the boxes. He opened a box with a more expensive uppers and said he would sell it to me for the same price because he was too lazy to get to the next box (he literally said he was too lazy), I looked at the upper and said if I could compare the 2 uppers to make sure I was content with my decision. At this point he snatched the upper from me, threw it in the box and moved the boxes to get to the original upper which he handed me that had allot of noticeable damage do to the rough handling of this salesman (aggressively throwing uppers around box). Now that I had the chance to see both uppers I said I would take the first upper he showed me. He laughed and said that now he would charge me full price if I wanted that one because he already took out the other one. I told him that he could not just change the price as he pleased and he responded that I should learn to make quick decisions in my life! This salesman was so disrespectful I along with my friends who were with me were shocked at the despicable form of customer service this individual demonstrated. I attempted once again to work with him and offered to help move boxes because that was his complaint. At this point he cut me off and rudely asked if I was going to purchase the upper or not and I said not any more and he followed by snatching the upper from my and and threw it in the box in a very disrespectful manner. Myself along with my friends left extremely angry and shocked that anyone could be so rude especially someone in sales! We left the gun show talking about this atrocious salesman and how we would be sure to spread the word to everyone we could to not do business with this company. I understand that this one salesman does not reflect an entire company but he was representing an entire company at the gun show and this is the image me and my friends got from him. I really hope to hear back from customer service and see how you plan to address this.
