Featureless fin wraps right vs left hand

When ordering fin wraps for your pistol grips I noticed there is right and left hand versions. What's the difference? Can you shoot left handed on a right hand grip? Is it the screws getting in the way?

    I'm considering going this route.
    Thanks

I honestly don't understand why the fin isn't just centered. I have no problems shooting left-handed with a right-handed kydex fin. Seems like more work (having two versions of a given fin) for little actual benefit.

Can be done ambi, completely left or right and somewhere in between (80/20) Really depends on the original width of the grip and how it will be used the majority of the time.

The answer is that it can be done however you want. I've had lefties use my righty grips with no issues. Not good as a full time solution but ok for occasional use. Your thumb still won't be able to wrap so the feeling is kinda the same despite the fins placement
