Colt and HK are their own thing and only produce centerfire versions. -
Umarex owns Walther.
Colt and H&K licensed Umarex to make them .22LR and airsoft variants of Colt/H&K firearms.
Umarex then delegated the manufacture and selling of the .22LR firearm variants to Walther.sigpic
