This has to be the silliest concept ever for a gun buyback. They're going to "decommission" the guns and give them to local artists, thinking it will make some statement about gun violence. I think it's more likely that kids will see the cool gun art and think "Hmmm, I gotta get some of those guns." So bring it on, I guess. Sorry, this link has a million pop-ups and a huge video ad.
