    CCW Hero remembered

Joe Wilcox a Nevada CCW holder, engaged husband and wife killers without regard to his personal safety, saving lots of police lives in the process.

The killers planned on ambushing police when they responded to shots fired at a walmart. The husband would fire and when police engaged him,his wife would ambush them from behind.

Joe Wilcox engaged the husband and was and was shot to death by the wife from behind, exposing her position for police to end the siege!

There is a number at the end of the article for those wanting to contribute.

One can only guess whether an armed non CCW Californian would risk prosecution by acting as did Mr Wilcox?
RIP Joe Wilcox, many are in your dept .

      Thanks for posting that story.
I remember reading about the incident, but did not know the full ramifications of his heroic action.
May Joe Wilcox rest in eternal peace.

Remember this story. I remember a bunch of libs screaming about how it proved that CCW CAN'T help in situations like these.

They were (and still are) flat wrong.

Wilcox may have accidentally fallen into their trap, but he did totally **** up their plan targeting the police officers and which ended up forcing them to retreat into a bathroom (if I remember correctly) where they killed themselves.

He probably saved several lives that day by sacrificing his own
