Trojan Firearms Customer Service is Top Notch!!!

I recently purchased a Trojan Firearms ULV1 rifle. While familiarizing myself with the rifle I had a few questions that Google didn't answer. Around 1100 pm Saturday night I sent a message via the "contact us" link on their website with my questions. Their customer service hours are listed as M-F 8 to 5. I was absolutely blown away when my phone rang at 830 am, on Sunday!! The gentleman (I didn't even catch his name since I was so surprised by the call) was calling to answer my questions and make sure I was a satisfied customer. You absolutely can not beat that in my book.

Their sheer lack of any specifications for the rifles whatsoever is a huuuuuuuuge red flag. Unless im missibg something; please correct me if so.

Not sure what you mean by lack of specs. Would you clarify?

I wouldnt know, they packed up and left with thier "Stage gun" before we had a chance to shoot it

That sucks dude. I was hearing a lot of people complaining Stage 4 that covered 2 bays was fun but too long and backing up thevswuads.
They had 2 prototypes, 2 where you can use 2011 mags and 1 where you can use Glock mags. The one where you can use Glock mags was a stage gun.
Mind you it was a prototype gun and they had trouble seating the mags, but I had no issues using it. Soft shooting and very fun!
