Is there a good reliable vendor here?

Who can refer me to a good trust worthy reliable vendor here. I'm looking for a quarter circle 10 9mm AR lower that accepts glock mags. I've made a thread asking about good gun stores in the Sacramento Bay Area and I've called every store that other members have referred me too asking if they have one in stock or can order special order one for me. No one can get them or there just not helpful. So far I've been told to go to Reno and 9mm AR style rifles are illegal in ca and I would have to buy there 9mm mag well adaptor and 9 mm upper (which they had in stock).
