This is the first time I've ever been banned from anything on this site or anywhere as a matter of fact. I'm sure it's not a permanent ban either.

Meh, I buy once in a while. As for selling, I haven't sold much within the past two months. I'll definitely think twice before expressing my opinion about high priced ptr 91's next time.

ETA: you seem to be well aware of the rules and breaking them anyways. I didn't take any mod action on your posts, but removing MP privileges is usually done at the admin level, which is a step above the normal sorcery of moderators.

Nope, no violation of your First Amendment rights here.

The Constitution restricts the conduct of the Federal Government, and also the states where incorporation has occurred. It does not restrict the conduct of private organizations and persons.

if you still want to browse the private marketplace ads, just open a different browser (or use private mode) and view the marketplace using that (as it won't be logged into your username)

then when you find something you want, just go back over to your logged in browser and PM the seller.

No, your 1st amendment right means you can setup your own website to complain about ads in the marketplace and the feds can't stop you. It doesn't mean you get to use this website to complain about ads.
