    FFL Question

Do FFL's have to have a shop/place of business? Or could there be a traveling FFL? Comes by the office to do the paper work with a new gun (or after picking up a PPT item) and returns in 10 days. I think that would be a great use of the conference room at any office.

Generally they do need a fixed business address to satisfy local licensing requirements.

What you describe is pretty much a gun show.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

A fixed bussiness address/state licensed premises is also a Federal requirement.

You have to have a physical location that all business must be conducted at unless you are at a licensed gun show.
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.
