        Great suggestions everyone, gonna mosey over to the local gun shop and eye buy after work.
        I love the build an ar option and .357 lever option alot.
        Newb ar guy admitted..
        The G26 has been an option for years now, share mage with my JRC carbine and G19...

                    I recommend getting an AR or a 1911 in a centerfire caliber.

                        LGS had the ruger predator 308 rifle for 399 today. Looks fun for ~450 with tax. Obviously you need a scope of some type though
