Stag Arms shipping times?

Hey all,

I ordered a Stag Arms AR-15 about 12 weeks ago through my LGS. The estimated shipping time was 2-3 weeks. It has been 12 weeks and still no gun. My LGS has checked the status of the order and it finally went into the "shipping" category last week. I called Stag Arms 3 or 4 weeks ago and they told me that all of their firearms were still shipping about 3 weeks after the order is placed. They told me the problem is with my LGS, which I am fairly certain is not true because I watched the owner of my LGS put in the order on the Stag Arms website. I have also heard of people having problems with Stag Arms shipping times, but I wanted to make a post here asking people for their experiences with Stag Arms. Does Stag Arms always have this long of wait times for their rifles? Or am I getting the run-around from them or maybe my LGS?

Hard to say.
There should be a paper trail for your order number that can be checked by Stag.
I ordered 4 stripped lowers and parts kits that Stag had on sale last week and was told 2/3 weeks lead time.
2 lowers needed engraving which Stag probably has on the shelfs already.
My FFL is out of town for 3 weeks so I'm not sweating the lead time.
