After all of the recent flooding there is a lot of crap ammo out there. Pull the slug, powder the roses, get on with your life.

Judging by the boxes, there is obvious liquid damage. ^^^ This is probably the best answer and what I do with all the rounds & range pick-ups that don't clean up for me.
