Avoid Glades Armory

Just another example of a company that makes a good product but has zero customer service. I ordered a bolt handle from them. Got a tracking number, but the post office shows they did not receive the package for shipment. Four E-mails and 2 weeks later, no response from Glades and no product in my hands. They don't have a phone number on their website so can not even call them.
