FFL in the Bay Area that discounts additonal firearms on the DROS?

Looking to buy a two or three stripped lowers, ordered from out of state. My usual guy is reasonable at $40 fee + DROS, but the $40 is also charged for each additional lower, so not worth it.

Can anyone point me to an FFL that will let me tack on the 2nd and 3rd lower for $10 each (or so) after the regular fee on the first? I think there are a couple in the area, can anyone refer me to them?

I used RMB once for a pistol and was very happy. However when I called him a couple weeks ago he told me his fee would be $40 for each individual lower plus the single $25 DROS charge. So $120+ $25 DROS + tax + shipping

Mount Pleasant Arms looks good, checked the website....$45 + 10 thereafter.
