I know I can only purchase 1 handgun per 30 days. Can I purchase and handgun and lower receiver at the same time? Is there any restrictions for long gun purchases? Thanks

No restrictions.
Yes you can purchase both at the same time but you will have to do a separate DROS for the handgun. -
and it's only one NEW handgun per 30 days. I have bought more then one at a time but they were PPT's and also more then once a month, all PPT's or FTF.sigpic
Thieves are the lowest form of life out there, except for liberal politicians, of course, but that's redundant.Comment

Its actually one NEW OR USED handgun per days, unless it is an exempt transaction, such as a PPT or cosignment. You can't buy multiple USED handguns from a dealer within 30 days. Common examples would be used Glocks or SIG P6's that a dealer has in inventory or transfers in for you. They would be used, but would fall under the 1-in-30.Jack
Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
