Does SB1235 affect an out-of-state purchase that is subsequently transported into California? Thanks.

Of course it does. IIRC it limits transportation across the border to 50 rounds.Only slaves don't need guns

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.

"Did I say "republic?" By God, yes, I said "republic!" Long live the glorious republic of the United States of America. Damn democracy. It is a fraudulent term used, often by ignorant persons but no less often by intellectual fakers, to describe an infamous mixture of socialism, miscegenation, graft, confiscation of property and denial of personal rights to individuals whose virtuous principles make them offensive." - Westbrook PeglerComment

Unless we keep the barbarian virtues, gaining the civilized ones will be of little avail. Oversentimentality, oversoftness, washiness, and mushiness are the great dangers of this age and of this people." Teddy Roosevelt

Hope you don't have a bunch of gun stickers on your pickup when you're heading back from AZ or NV with your ammo load. Just rent a Prius and they won't give you so much as a glance. Only thing is, not sure a Prius will make it over the hill near on I-15 with half a pallet of ammo in the trunk.Comment
