I see that people in California are starting to sell their long guns for above cost money due to end of the year regulations that will stop entry of assault firearms into California that have a release for the magazine.
I am still buying new from out of state and so far I have 2 colt ARs, a novenski AR, a LWRC M6IC, a M&P A10, a tavor, a saga ak, a pap pistol, and a x95 as of tomorrow and numerous 22's and all will be registered as assault weapons before June of 2017.
And no I'm not selling
I'm not a sell out but I will be transferring to the great state of TEXAS in the future and they are going with me

I think its a change, where people just air their grievances at a perceived person. I get caught doing it too. I'll do it later in this post.

I keep saying and maintaining, the flow is not going anywhere. I keep asking what is gonna stop the receiver from coming in? The only thing panic buying is doing is sponging up the supply. Where prices are determined by the dust the gun collects on the shelf.

Lack of supply will be some shops not trusting the bb reloaded or "featureless" builds. Others will take up the slack.

I don't know of any shops that will do this, but if the SSE barrel swaps are any indication, some shops that will do an upper swap, they'll get you a lower with a bolt action upper, then you do your 10day gun jail, receive it and goto your car, or home and install the bb reloaded(probably not legal in the car to do maintenance in a parking lot). Come back, trade the bolt action upper for your semi-auto upper. They don't want you to bring your "BBReloaded" lower, because they didn't want the legality of it in the first place in their shop, so we take up the BBReloaded slack.

I also thought, blank lowers will still gonna be coming in. In 2017 the demand will lower because the registerable AW buy window closed.

I'm sure the op is fed up and heat of the moment posting. Maybe he's got .22 AW Pistols to register as an AW? or just general dros'ing. I think we got used to pistols automatically being registered as...well pistols, when we dros'd
