Need a Gunsmith in OC

Hi Calgunners! Does anyone know of a good gunsmith in Orange County that will permanently pin a threaded pistol barrel to make it CA compliant at a fair price? I want to buy a Tactical Solutions barrel for my Browning Buck Mark, but they only come threaded. Tactical Solutions will do it for an additional $25, but they charge a high price for their barrel. I can get the barrel via eBay for a lot less, but need to find someone that can make it legal. Any ideas or recommendations?

Ya, not to turn the OP away from any of the other recommendations. My friend had a muzzle device pinned by these guys on an AR upper he got with 14.5 barrel and it was good work.
