I've been happy with my PSA upper with BCG.

In the past few week I have bought a premium 16" upper w/o bolt for $299 and premium 20" rifle kit less lower for $550 from PSA, both shipped within 7 days! Definitely add yourself to their e-mail list, since both of the above deals sold out in under an hour. The premium parts and kits are worth the few extra dollars, not to say there is anything wrong with the Freedom and PTAC lines.

PSA would've been great for me if they had in stock what I actually wanted. Prices looked good but they were out of a upper I wanted, got a email alert it was back in-stock but it sold out within 10 minutes and I missed out. After a 3 week wait on PSA, I bought the Radical Firearms instead. Price was good but I hope the quality is too, my first test is this Monday.

I have bought uppers made by CBC, Radical, and Karri's guns. Radical bought through Joe Bob's, the others bought direct. I can't say I had any major issues with any of them. I had a warranty issue on the handguard with CBC and they certainly took care of me as fast as possible.

PSA gets my vote. Hardened Arms for some reason worries me.
