My hillbilly blaster box cost about $50. And wasn't sealed.

Had essentially atomized glass vapors coming out of it. Beads up my arms.

I havnt used it yet. It's made out of same plastic as like a Playmate cooler.

Too small for rifle barrels. But lowers uppers handguard, and other small parts should be doable.

I got a Barrel Blaster (so named because it is made from a barrel,not because it is for guns). It cost a bit more but I have used it to sandblast everything from gun parts to engine blocks. The most critical part of a sandblaster is the air supply; if you don't have clean, dry air and lots of it, it won't matter what blaster you use.

On the side of your cabinet. You can drill a hole and mount some 3" pvc. Then screw in 3' or so with a cap on the end for your rifle barrel to fit in. when you're done you can just cap off the threaded portion. I don't have access to mine right now or I'd snap a pic.
