    My first AR 15 build

So I just got 3 Anderson striped lowers. Pick them up in a few days. Want to build 1 for me and put some $ into it. Thinking from reading other posts I'll buy a complete upper and already have the lower parts kit for 1. Just need to figure out what trigger I want. Looking at a Spikes upper 16" and ACOG optic..

My question/thinking is that with the laws that kick in Jan 1....

If I build all 3 can I give them to my kids when they grow up?

If they will be considered an assault weapon should I sit on the 2 extra lowers and sell in December when the prices will get insane? Or build them up with the 500 kits and sell complete?

Will I be able to remove the bullet button after the Jan 1 since it will be an assult weapon?

Sorry if I asked questions that may have been answered already, but couldn't find them...

The answers to most of your questions depend on how you would build them...

    Bullet button, or not...
    Bullet button v2, or not...
    Featureless, or not...

And then depending on those choices, if you register them, or not.

As I understand it.... (Not saying much) I have to build it with the bullet button?

The more I dig into this the more lost I get. Mostly likely I'll register what I keep...

Lowers look like they will be legal no matter what because they can be built out to be legal so I don't see a sky rocket in price comming. Also if you want to keep them off the list and be able to gift them slap a bullet button reloaded or one of the other new California mag releases that I'm sure will come out.
