AR-15 Bolt Action Upper Group Buy

Would you buy a AR-15 Bolt Action upper before 1/1/2017 to create a compliant rifle?

There are many benefits to this type of compliance including the continued use of detachable magazines, flash hiders, pistol grips, adjustable stocks.

Too expensive for me and I'd want a LW profile barrel.

Too easy to convert an existing AR to justify the expense.

Too much money. I want to build a bolt upper for my daughter.

What would be nice is if you could somehow prevent putting a semi upper on the bolt action feature lower. Maybe a permanent front pin, or a tab on the lower and the groove on the upper

Is your daughter currently a semi-auto child?

                    Side cocking, not bolt action.
