Bay Area engraver needed...

I did the search here and looked around on Google and couldn't find a local Bay Area engraver who could add serial # with make and so on for a finished 80% lower. I wouldn't add any markings to it but I'm handing this down to a relative and will no longer be the owner, so I'd like to transfer my AR pistol over to him legally. Any help out there would be great thanks.
