    Removing Bullet Button

As of July 2nd, my bullet button AR is now considered an assault weapon. So, once I register it as such, can I remove the bullet button and attach a normal mag release?

Once it is a registered assault weapon, its not like it can be MORE of an assault weapon. Can it?

Law doesn't kick in until Jan 1, 2017.

      Now use the search function.

        Incorrect.

It is still CA legal non-assault weapon until 12-31-2016.
