Differences between AB1135 & SB880 ?

I can't find much differences between the two got signed today. Or are there any?

Here're also the other questions:

1) Remington 7400, Ruger Mini 14, M1A, etc. not in this ban?

2) Are those already registered CA AW from pre-'91 don't need to re-register again?

2004 AB50 - .50BMG Semi-Auto rifles, registered as AW, but had to have a BB. Done. Legal. (Barret 82A1 / Serbu). I can't change history, but I won't be registering anything going forward.

But now what? It's already registered, and now they are saying can't have a BB anymore.

I guess I have to take it off.

It is my understanding that after this 2017 AW registration, you don't need BB anymore. Is that correct?
