Can I DROS a used rifle in an FFL and buy a new handgun in another FFL at the same time?

No, you can't be in two places at the same time
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

You just can't do a new rifle and a new handgun right? One of them has to be used?

You are currently limited to one new handgun every thirty days.
You can buy as many long guns as you wish, wether PPT or new makes no difference on long guns.

Incorrect. You can go buy a new handgun and 100+ new longuns, all at different FFLs on the same day if it were physically possible. And you could buy a hundred+ PPT handguns on that same day too outside of the city of LA. At least that is the law today, who knows next year...

Just don't buy a whole bunch of rifles contemplating the new BB ban law with the intent of selling all of them before the end of the year. You may get in trouble with the Feds as there's law limiting the amount of gun sales transactions that you can make as a non-licensee in any year.

I'm not even thinking that. I just needed clarity on the "one gun every 30 days" law.
