Does a conversion kit need to be DROS'd?

I've a .22 conversion kit for a .45, wondering if it needs to be DROS'd if I decide to sell it?

I purchased a kadet .22 kit for my Cz sp01 and it didn't need to be dros'd. Purchased online shipped directly to me. Completely legal.

If you mean a conversion kit as a "slide and barrel" kit, No. It does not need to be dros'ed. it is just an upper and not a gun with a serial number. only the receiver/lower part recognized as the serialized gun needs dros.
